Wir different services offer - you decide for the Sunlife-Immobilien team - we are for you there. Nutzen our service of the special kind locally - and at 365 days in the year.

                                          Personnel Services

1. Reconfirmation of your return flight after presentation of your airline ticket

2. Transfer between Antalya and Alanya with our Sunlife-Immobilien service bus € 50.- per reservation and distance (inclusive driver, vehicle and gasoline).

3. Personal assistence with the opening of a Euro bank account, application for an Ikamet (residence permit) or any other official matters.

4. Electricity, water or telephone services as mentioned below,

5. Cleaning lady € 15.= per day (please note that we always charge a full daily rate)

                                          Object service

1. Key handover of your villa including Tapu (Certificate of Land Registry)

2. Interior design service, one off, together with an interior design advisor

3. Assistance with sorting out daily queries/problems, mediation for finding the right contacts (handyman, painter, doctor, insurance etc.)

4. Registration of your villa at no additional costs

5. Registration for electricity and water supply

6. Registration at the Council ( you can find a detailed price list on our prices web page)

7. Application for a telephone connection, costs for a new connection € 9.60= ( for more information go to our prices web page)

                                          Management Services

1. In the event that we encounter any damages during our regular inspections caused by thunder, storms or any other disaster, we will inform you immediately and we will have the damage repaired after consultation with you

2. If you notify us in advance of the date of your arrival, we will ventilate your home and we will ensure that your home will be cleaned as well

3. It will be no trouble to have one of our team members, at your cost, stock up your fridge for your arrival

4. During your stay we can organize a cleaning lady at your request (€ 15.= per day)

     Services for Kaeufer:

	Reliability and quality at reasonable prices. In Alanya we are at your service for 365 days of the year.
	Your property is provided “ready to move in” and includes the tapu (registration at the land registry office)!
	The registration of your property (conveyance tax) and the registration of electricity connection/supply and water connection/supply at the respective authorities is arranged by us free of charge

Service achievements:

	When necessary we will assist you during the registration of a telephone connection. Furthermore you will receive an overview of the most important telephone numbers. Cost of a new telephone connection: Euro 9.60.
	Are you in need of a decorator? We have local business contacts providing the best price performance ratio! For any other job relating to your property we also have the right business contacts. We will gladly arrange the first contact for you. Cost: subject to labour and materials used.
	We can assist you in booking a flight ticket at a good rate. We are most willing to reconfirm your return flight. Please provide us with the required flight details (airline company, flight number, airport and flight ticket number) no later than two days before departure.
	Trusteeship of your property: we will inspect your property at regular intervals; in the event of any damage caused by rainfall/thunderstorm and/or any other external conditions, the damage will be repaired as soon as possible if necessary. Notify us the date of your arrival and your property will be cleaned. Against cost price our personnel will fill your refrigerator before arrival. During your stay in Alanya we can arrange a charwoman for you upon request (Euro 15.= per day).
	If you wish, we are more than happy to look after the rental as well as the insurance of your home. You can return home with a peace of mind, while we do our job which works to your great profit. You can count on us!
	Transfer between Antalya and Alanya with our Sunlife-Immobilien shuttle bus service, at a cost of 50 euro per booking and per journey. Sunlife-Immobilien will provide you with driver, car, etc.. The 50 euro covers the cost of petrol. You will also get the latest headlines and information’s from the driver free of charge! So that the transfer can be as smooth as possible, we ask you to let us know your arrival or departure flight times, at least three days in advance.
